Due to the nature of our health mix products, we do not accept returns once the product is sold. 

Replacement Policy (Only in These Cases) 

We offer replacement only if: 

  • Product is damaged during delivery  

  • Wrong product is delivered  

Replacement Conditions 

  • Product must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging  

  • Request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery  

  • Proof required (photos/videos of product & packaging)

  • Opened or used products  

  • Change of mind
